Provisional Candidacy Assessment

This assessment is administered pre-consultation and does not constitute a clinical examination. Its purpose is to permit both the prospective client and the Company to determine, on a provisional basis, whether the further investment of consultation hours is likely to be well-spent.

The Company records the plainest sort of information here — a small number of questions of physical fitness, psychological readiness, temperament, and financial arrangement — and returns to you a document summarising the Company's provisional response. That document is yours to retain, to share, or to bring to your Counselor at the beginning of the formal consultations. It bears a candidacy reference (of the form PRC-YYYY-MM-XXXX) which the Counselor will use should you elect to advance.

About this assessment

  • Length. Fifty-one questions across five phases. Most candidates complete the assessment in fifteen to twenty minutes.
  • Progress. Your answers are held on this device only. If you close the page mid-way, the wizard will resume where you left off when you return.
  • Result. On completion the Company produces a Provisional Candidacy document with a reference number, an outcome, and any observations that bear upon your candidacy. The document is yours to keep and to share as you please.
  • Not a clinical assessment. No answer given here binds the Company to admit you to the procedure programme. The formal candidacy proceeds through the ten psychological consultations and five design sessions retained by the base fee.
